Solasta Series: What is IFS?

You may have heard the term “IFS” in the context of therapy and wondered what is was. IFS stands for Internal Family Systems. It was created by Richard Schwartz, PhD, and it is an evidence-based psychotherapy that helps people heal by accessing and loving their protective and wounded inner parts.
