Solasta Psychological Services is a private psychology clinic based in Burlington and Waterdown, Ontario, providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our multidisciplinary team of Registered Psychologists, Social Workers, Therapists, Dietitians, and a Nurse Practitioner, offers offers comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments, as well as individualized therapy and consultation services.
We provide support for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, body image challenges, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, learning differences, and life transitions. Solasta is also an approved provider for WSIB and motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims.
We are committed to providing trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and weight-inclusive care through practices that are client-centred, evidence-based and compassionate.
